Job Description
- Take responsibility for labor safety activities in the company;
- Build up the regulations, procedures about hygiene and labor safety, fire prevention, chemical safety;
- Organize all training activities about labor safety, 5S, fire prevention, chemical safety for employee;
- Supervise and take over all equipments, machines that required safety;
- Take responsibility for fire-fighting system; environment management system
- Control and supervise water consumption, electricity consumption, hazard waste as regulation;
- Contact and supervise contractor regarding to infrastructures;
- Responsible for HSE internal and external audit;
- Update the law related to HSE
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirements
- Males from 25 to 30 years old
- Qualification:
+ University degree with major labor safety and 03-04 years of experience with the same position in manufacturing companies.
+ Or university of engineering specialties with 5 years experience at same position in manufacturing companies.
- Abilities and Skills
+ Good at Computer skills and can make all related documents and reports
+ Fluency in oral and written English communication skills
+ Good at communication skills and ability to relate well to internal and external peoples
+Proven ability to build partnership relationships
+ Self-starter, highly motivated, detailed oriented and relentless in the pursuit of process improvement
+ Must be able to work in a cross-functional team environment
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results
+ Living in Soc Son is preferable
BENEFIT:
- Salary: 15-17 million (VND) upon your experience & capability basing on actual negotiation
- Allowance &bonus:
+ Shuttle bus from Hanoi to company (or transportation allowance)
