Nippon EGalv Steel Receives Best Supplier Award 2016 from Pioneer Electronics AsiaCentre Pte. Ltd.

Nippon EGalv Steel Sdn. Bhd. (“Nippon EGalv”), a subsidiary of Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (“NSSMC”), an electro-galvanized steel manufacturer in Malaysia, proudly received the “Best Supplier Award 2016” from Pioneer Electronics AsiaCentre Pte. Ltd. on July 29, 2016.

Pioneer Electronics AsiaCentre Pte. Ltd. reviews supplier performance every year including quality, delivery performance, technology, services, environment and competitiveness. There are three categories in the Best Supplier Award: Semiconductor & Electrical parts, Mechanical parts (Indonesia) and Mechanical parts (Malaysia).

It is the first time for Nippon EGalv to receive this award. Nippon EGalv has supplied electro-galvanized steel to Indonesia since 2013 when Pioneer Electronics AsiaCentre Pte. Ltd. started its operations in Indonesia. Nippon EGalv was rewarded particularly for its delivery performance, contribution to stable production and cooperation in value creation with Pioneer Electronics AsiaCentre Pte. Ltd.

Since Nippon EGalv became a subsidiary of NSSMC in 2011, the sales volume has increased especially to Japanese manufacturers of consumer-electronics such as audio instruments and flat-screen TVs. As a member of the NSSMC group, Nippon EGalv contributes to customers’ manufacturing activities in Malaysia and other countries through the stable supply of high quality materials.
